BUSINESS ENTERTAINMENT MEMBERSHIP!
The Fox Business Entertainment Membership (BEM) Card is an opportunity for your business to benefit from the many features and advantages of a Private Golf Club for your entertainment needs. The Fox BEM Card can be used to entertain clients, reward employees and host meetings, outings, parties or any type of business event.
Best of all, it’s so simple: The Fox BEM Card works like a prepaid debit card, and can be used to pay for Greens Fees, Power Carts, Food and Beverages on a pay-as-you-use basis. It acts like a gift card for entertainment purposes. The expenditures you make at The Fox in relation to entertainment associated with business may be tax deductible. We recommend you seek the counsel of a tax advisor. Here are the highlights
- The minimum amount to start a BEM Membership is just $5250.00, which goes on a Fox Valley Golf Club Debit Card.
- The Card can be used for Green Fees, Power Carts, Food and Beverages. (The cards cannot be used for Pro Shop purchases or gratuities.)
- All Greens Fees include unlimited use of the Driving Range.
- The Card can be used on any day The Fox is open. BEM Card designees have full access to the Club, just as Fox Valley Golf Club members do. (All club policies apply. Ex: Men’s and Ladies day restrictions, etc.)
- Your business can designate up to 2 people to use the Membership.
More designees can be added if that is advantageous for your company. The cost is $1650.00 for each additional designee, up to a maximum of 4 additional people (A total of up to 6 designees per business).
- At least one of the designees must accompany guests to play golf and
- use the facilities. (Guests may play a maximum of 3 times in a year, after which the greens fee rate increases.)
- Standard club fees and prices apply to purchases.
- The Membership may be used for an annual period beginning January 1 and ending December 31. If any balance remains, up to 10% of the
designated annual prepaid amount can be carried forward.
- Additional deposits may be made to the card by the business in
increments of $500.00 during the year. 100% of these additional amounts may be carried over to offset the next year’s designated prepaid amount.

*Business designees will not be considered stockholders and will not be able to vote in matters of the club. All businesses, designees and guests must adhere to all of Fox Valley Golf Club policies, rules and bylaws. Violations of these policies may result in loss of privileges. Fox Valley Golf Club’s Board of Directors will oversee all matters of the club and has the right to update and change this policy with notice to all participating businesses.
